Ticketless Parking at ECQ
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your experience, Eastern Creek Quarter is introducing a new ticketless parking system. This upgrade is designed to make your visits easier, faster, and more accessible.
We’ve listened to your feedback about parking availability and other challenges, and we’re taking action to improve these areas to better serve our community as ECQ continues to grow and evolve.
This change also supports the future opening of ECQ Outlet in March 2026, which will bring 1,100 new car spaces, including ground-level and approximately 300 basement parking spaces.
Installation of the new parking system is expected to be completed and fully operational by the end of 2025. Parking will remain free until the launch of ECQ Outlet in 2026, and we’ll be sure to provide plenty of advance notice before any changes take place.
Key Features:
- Effortless Entry & Exit: Your number plate will be your pass, no need for paper tickets.
- Ample Parking Availability: Optimised turnover ensures more spaces when you visit.
- Free Parking: Free parking periods will still apply, and parking will be free after 6:00 pm.
How It Works:
1. Drive In: Cameras will automatically recognise your vehicle's registration number upon entry.
2. Enjoy Your Visit: No tickets required shop, dine, and relax at your leisure.
3. Drive Out: Your number plate will be scanned at exit for a seamless departure.
4. Payment: If your stay exceeds the free parking period, conveniently pay at the digital pay machines or at the exit gates.
